I am an equity capital markets banker and an ACA-qualified chartered accountant. At Cavendish I worked on UK IPOs and secondary raises for growth companies, including MHA plc's £100m admission to AIM in 2025.
My interest is the work that decides how a listing goes before it launches: classification, index eligibility, free float and investor demand. The tools on this site are how I think through those problems.
